How to add a trial to a project?

  1. Open: Trials

    Within your selected project, click on the "Trials" tab located on the left side of the screen.

    Here you will see the list of all trials associated with your project.

  2. To create a new trial:

    Click on the plus (+) symbol located in the top right corner of the screen.

    Choose "Create new trial" from the dropdown menu.

    This will open a form to enter details for your new trial.

  3. Enter trial details:

    • Name: Enter the name of your trial.
    • Status: Select the appropriate status from the dropdown list (e.g., Start-up, Pre-activation, Screening, etc.).
  4. Site assignment:

    • Organization: Select the organization associated with this trial.
    • Site: Choose the site where the trial will be conducted.
  5. Primary investigator:

    • Staff: Select the primary investigator responsible for this trial.
    • Blinding: Choose the blinding option (e.g., Blinded, Unblinded).
  6. eSource Information:

    • Language of eSource forms: Select the language you will use for the eSource forms.





  7. Complete the process:

    After filling in all the necessary fields, click the Create button to finalize adding the trial.
