How to assign an existing trial to a project?

1. Open: Trials

   Within your selected project, click on the "Trials" tab located on the left side of the screen.

   You will see the list of trials currently associated with this project.

2. To assign an existing trial:

   Click on the plus (+) symbol in the top right corner.

   Choose "Assign existing trial" from the dropdown menu.
   
   

3. Select the trial:

   • A list of matching trials will appear. These are trials with the same protocol number and sponsor as the project that haven't yet been assigned.
   • Select the trial you want to assign by clicking the checkbox next to it.
   • Click Assign to finalize.
     
     
     

Important Note:

⚠️ Trials that are already assigned to a project will not be manageable from the level of the central protocol. Additionally, procedures and protocols for such trials will need to be set up manually, as is currently the case.
