How to add a site staff member?

Only designated team members have access to your research.

 

To add a person to a team:

 

1. Open: Clinical Trial

    Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen.




2. From the list of previously entered clinical trials (see how to -> How to add or edit a clinical trial?) select the test you are interested in.




3. Click: Team

    Here you will see a list of the team members assigned to your study.


 

4. Select: Add team member.


   

 

 In this place:

  • you will mark whether the person belongs to the blinded or unblinded team,
  • you select a Role in researching this person
  • from the drop-down list of previously added people (see how to do it -> Managing staff members) you will select the name and surname




You can manage the team at any time, just hover the cursor over the previously selected person and click on the pencil symbol.
