Price list - improvement

As part of completing the price list of clinical trial, it is possible to fill in certain data faster for items that are empty.

1.  Select "Clinical trials"

2. Select the clinical trial you are interested in from the list

3. Select: Budget

4. Select last version of price list or create a new one

5. Select "Set default values" - to select the currency and indicate whether all costs should be marked as "from the resort's budget".

6. Select the selected currency from the drop-down list (if all items have the same) and indicate whether the costs are settled "paid by site"

After saving, all empty positions will take the indicated values.

4. A similar possibility applies to each separate category within the price list.

Select the three dots next to the laundered item and click "Set default values"

5. Select: Set default values

6. Select what value all items within a given cost category should have.

Remember: This only applies to empty items (e.g. if in step 6 you selected the currency or "pay by site" option, now you won't see the option to select them because the system has added this to all items before - so you don't have empty items. In that case you will have possibility to choose only an amount)

 You can indicate the amount, currency and decide whether these costs will be settled from the "Paid by site".

 6. After saving the data, the indicated category will assume the same indicated values.
