Assign patient to the trial's prescreening list

Note: Functionality will be available in next release - second half of June

You can assign a patient from the prescreening module to a specific trial’s prescreening list.

1. Open the patients' list and open the menu of the chosen patient

2. Select "Add to prescreening”

It will open a modal window with the needed basic data

3. Site will be prefilled with site's name to which oatient is assinged. You can change it.

3. Choose to which trial, in which Site you want to assign the patient 

4. Choose the Patient source from the drop-down menu. First, choose a specific category, and then choose the corresponding source name

5. Click "Save"

After clicking "Save" you will get a confirmation toast

If the patient is already on the prescreening list, the system won't allow finishing the action

5. That patient will appear in the chosen trial on the prescreening list with status "New"
