How to login to module?

The prescreening module is available from the Network Manager, which is the top level.

To be able to use this module, you have to have access as Network Manager.

Within one access to Hyggio, you can freely switch between levels and resorts (if you have access granted).

In addition, having been granted access to the appropriate level, the user have to have the following permissions to manage the lists:

• Patient candidates (organization) - management
• Patient list (organization) - context access
• Patient candidates (organization) - candidates assignment to Clinical Trial
• Patient candidates (organization) - manual status change
• Patient sources list (organization) - management

As part of the permissions, it is also possible to access only the data viewing itself, having the following permissions:

• Patient candidates (organization) - access
• Patient candidates (organization) - preview
• Patient list (organization) - context access
• Patient list (organization) - access

1. To switch to the appropriate level, click on the initials in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. After expanding the list, select: Network Manager

3. To enter the database of banned candidates and patients, select the "Patients" symbol

4. Now you have access to view:

• Patient database (who participate or have already participated in a clinical trial in your organization)
• Database of candidates for research (who completed prequalification questionnaires posted on various external websites)
