Tagging, changing candidate statuses

As part of candidate processing, it is possible to assign several statuses and tags to candidates.


1. Click on the three dots, then select one of the options or click on one patient candidate




Change of status to verified


1. After verifying and possibly correcting, completing the candidate's data, you can change the status of patient candidate to verified.



Note: Mark verified is a condition for changing the status to the next one, including selecting this candidate for a specific clinical trial.



Mark non-responsive


1. If for some reason a candidate is not reachable at the moment, you can mark them as non-responsive.



2. Decide how long the marking should last, if you want to indicate a specific date - select custom.



3. After flagging the candidate - this information will appear in the list, next to the patient ID



After the indicated time has elapsed, the "non-responsive" icon will disappear.


4. You can also uncheck the status manually without waiting for the date indicated earlier.




Mark as duplicate


1. If during the verification you discover that a given candidate profile is a duplicate of another - you can manually mark the duplicate.



2. From the drop-down list, select the candidate whose profile is duplicated.



3. Select, mark as duplicate - to confirm the selection



4. The patient's status will change to duplicate, additionally a duplicate icon will appear next to the ID.




5. You can unmark as duplicate status at any time




Reject candidate


1. You can reject the patient.



2. Enter the reason for the rejection of the candidate.


Note: Rejecting a patient causes the patient to be unable to be reinstated.


After the candidate is rejected, his data is blinded and is not visible from the user's level.




Change status


1. With the appropriate permissions, you can change the patient's status as needed (by passing the standard flow of the system).




2. Select the status you want to change to and select update status.
