How to add and manage an office?

To start working in the program, you must enter the rooms owned by your facility.

You can also manage existing offices here.


 

1. Open: Management

     Click on the gear symbol in the lower left corner of the screen.


 

2. Open: Rooms


 

In this tab, you can add a new room using the "Add  room" button.


 

 



To edit the name and / or change the status of the already existing rooms, hover your mouse over the three dots symbol on the right side of the rooms list, then click the pencil symbol.



 



The room edit window will appear. Now you can change the name of your office or decide on its activity.
