1. Open the Patient's Visit View
- Navigate to the Patients section in the main menu.
- Select the patient whose visit version history you want to print.
- From the sidebar, select Visits, and click on the desired visit, e.g., "V1 / Screening."
2. Access the Visit Version History
- In the upper right corner of the visit page, find the icon representing the version history (e.g., a clock or similar symbol).
- Click on this icon to open the version history of the visit.
3. View the Version History Details
- In the version history window, you can see the details of changes, including:
- Change reason, Author, Date, and the specific field that was modified.
- Use the toggle switch "Show changes only" to display only the fields that have been changed compared to previous versions.
4. Select the Print Option
- In the upper right corner of the version history window, click the printer icon.
- A message will confirm that the document is being prepared for printing.
5. Prepare for Printing
- The system will automatically generate a preview of the version history for printing.
- Before printing, review the details in the preview or go back to the version history window to adjust display options if needed.
6. Start Printing
- Once you’ve reviewed the preview, click the "Print" button to start the printing process.
- In the print dialog box of your browser/system, choose your printer and adjust the settings (e.g., paper format, layout, copies).
7. Close the Version History
- After completing the printing process, close the version history window by clicking the X icon in the top right corner.
Note: If a user does not have access to certain data in the version history (e.g., locked view due to insufficient permissions), contact the system administrator to obtain the necessary access rights.
