How to setup budget for patient cost limits?

1. To add one of following cost category press Add cost categorybutton:

• Travels
• Accommodations
• Meals
• Medications
• Others

2. For every patient cost category you can:

• Set limit 
• Set paid by site
• Set currency

3. For every patient cost category you can add additional options and you are able to see if additional options are enabled:

• Set description
• Set possibility to reimburse in other currency

4. For travel patient cost category you can set additional option for kilometer rates

5. You can add margin for site for every patient cost category by pressing Margin for site toggle button. New column will appear where you can provide values for margin for site.

6. When budget for patient cost limits is ready you can save budget.
