To answer: open the trial desktop and go to Queries tab, then click "Added by me" tab to show queries raised by you:
Here you have:
● List queries raised and waiting for reply - status Pending
● List replied queries - status Answered
● List resolved queries – status Resolved
By clicking on the three dots next to the selected quer you have the option to check its history or check reply by using "View query" tab:
You can check replay by using "View query" icon:
To close any query, open it first, using "View query" action described above, then use the "Mark as resolved" option.
Resolved queries are visible in the system with all history. You can find them in the list with "Resolved queries"(as showed above) or by clicking on three dots inside visit (in place where quer was added).
