1. Open: Clinical Trials
Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen.
2. Open: Queries
You can select the list of queries addressed to you (by selecting the "To me" option) or select the list of queries that you are the author of (selecting "Added by me") or the "Team" if the queries are visible to the whole team in the study.
To select the quer you want to answer, on the right you have three dots, click on them and you will have an option to "View query"
The system will take you to the EMR where the quer was added. You can see what information the quer was founded on and what its content is.
Answer the quer by entering the information in the appropriate field.
When the replay is sent the quer will change its status to "Answered"
