How to create queries?

If you found any mistake or inaccuracy during the visit verification, you can create a query for this content .

1. Open: Clinical trials

    Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen and  select your clinical trial from the list:

2. Open: Patients

Hover the cursor over the selected patient and click on three dots on the right side of the line

3. Select: Patient visits and click on the visit you want to verify: 

Then expand the procedure you are interested in.

There are three dots next to each field, by clicking on them you will be able to add your queries

4. Click: Add query

Complete the required information and select "Create"

For elements for which queries are added there is a notification dot by the icon. You can still add another query for the same element:

In the current version of the system, one can add a query to the visit that has been started or is completed. If the visit is not started (just booked) there is no such possibility yet.
