Audit Trial - How can I check Audit Trial in patient visit

To track changes made during a patient visit, go to particular Clinical Trial and select a patient.

In the next step, go to the "Visits" tab and select a specific visit by clicking on it:

Next to each field on the procedure form there are three dots, when you click on them, you will have the option to select "Edit history":

If you click on "Edit history", you will be able to see what, who and when was added to the visit form, or if they made changes, there will also be information as to why.
