If the user wants to verify the context in which the patient is currently engaged, they can view the patient’s status based on their assignment to a Trial and its status, or to the Trial’s Prescreening list and its corresponding status.
How to read Engagement:
Engagement is presented using two tiles:
TRIALS
This section shows the trials in which the patient is engaged and the patient’s current status in each trial.
Orange dot:
Additionally, the system indicates whether the patient is actively engaged in any trial. When the patient is actively participating in at least one trial, an orange dot appears.
Orange dot is displayed when patient in at least one trial has status:
- Screening
- Run-In
- Ongoing
- Follow-up
If the patient has any other status, the orange dot will not be shown.
PRESCREENING
This section displays the prescreening lists in which the patient is included and their corresponding status.
Where to find Engagement
Engagement is available at both levels: Organization and Site.
Organization level
Note: From the Organization perspective, engagement data from all sites is visible.
