Instruction how to open patient panel is HERE
Organization level:
To have a full view of patient panel user has to have following permissions:
- "Patient authoriesed persons (organization) - access) -> to view authorised persons
- "Patient sources (organization) - access" -> to view sources
Once you open patient's panel, you can:
- Check patient's personal details
- Check sources (if you have access granted with permisson Patient sources (organization) - access))
- Check authorised persons (if you have access granted with permisson "Patient authorised persons (organization) - access)")
Site level:
To have a full view of patient panel user has to have following permissions:
- "Patient authorised persons - access" -> to view authorised persons
- "Patient authorised persons - management" -> to add new authorised persons
- "Patient candidates - access prescreening information" -> to view prescreening form
- "Patient sources - access" -> to view sources
Once you open patient's panel, you can:
- Check patient's personal details
- Edit patient's personal details by clicking edit action (pencil icon)
Here you can add patient's personal details and contact detailsBy clicking "Add identification number" you can choose which type of identification number you want to add and can add more than one
- Check in which trials' patient participates
- Check sources (if you have access granted with permisson Patient sources (organization) - access))
- Check authorised persons (if you have access granted with permisson "Patient authorised persons (organization) - access)")
- Add new authorised person
- Navigate through medical records
- Add short remark
- Check prescreening form
