e-Health services for Poland

Sick leaves (e-ZLA)

Now in Hyggio, you can issue a sick leave (e-Zwolnienie, e-ZLA) effortlessly:

• Use a dedicated menu and intuitive forms.
• A step-by-step wizard guides you through the process.
• Automatically fetch data from ZUS databases for insurance details.
• Easily fill in reasons and recommendations.
• Submit data to ZUS and receive a confirmation
• Preview / print confirmation PDF sheet if needed.
• Cancel issued sick leave if needed.

Medical Events (ZM)

Now in Hyggio, you can send medical events to the public information system when closing visits, meeting regulatory requirements.

• Specify the diagnosis in the visit form using a dedicated section (with the option to quickly select recent ones).
• Use a convenient modal window to confirm data before sending it to the P1 system.
• Access a report listing all processed events in the system along with their status.

Refund information for medications

Now in Hyggio, when selecting medications to add to a prescription, you can now view refund details:

• Refunded medications are clearly marked with dedicated flags in the list.
• You can review specific indications and additional requirements for refunds.

eSource features

Medical History log

Now in Hyggio, patients now have an additional log for medical records based on their medical history.

• Add records using ICD10 codes and names.
• Specify a free-text description and period dates.
• Optionally log related ConMeds.
• Easily filter the history to view only ongoing events.

One list for created documents

Now in Hyggio, all documents created for a patient are now consolidated into a single list, categorized by type (previously, there were three separate options: Referrals, Certificates, Other Documents).

• A new form for creating documents using our updated Creator UI style

UX improvements

Discover a few new improvements for a better experience!

• Filter procedures by performer role using quick tabs at the top of visit forms.
• Collapse sidebars (patient sidebar, visit sidebar) to enlarge space for the visit forms.
• Easily navigate using the visit sidebar—just click a procedure name to scroll to it.
