The system includes the functionality of arranging monitoring visits.

1. Choose: Trials

2.  Choose your Clinical Trials

3.  Choose: Monitoring visit

NOTE: A monitoring visit can be arranged for the person indicated as "contact person" or for another monitor

4.  Choose start and end date of monitoring visit

You can choose date and time different from present (it should be time at least one minute later than now).

5.  Decide are you:

  •  scheduling monitoring visit for Contact person

or

  • another monitor

6.  Tick dedicated box if you would like to schedule blinded monitoring visit

IMPORTANT: Be careful during this step - the type of visit selected determines what type of data (blinded, unblinded) the monitor will see

 7. During a remote visit - patient data is blinded.

View and capabilities of an unblinded monitor

1. In its view, the monitor only sees the trial for which a monitoring visit was scheduled.

The monitor also has access to the tab with equipment, monitoring visits and queries.

Note: regarding visits and queries The unblinded monitor only sees information from unblinded personnel.

2. Unblinded monitor, can view the list of diagnoses, concomitant medications, adverse events, and investigational products.

3. In relation to the tabs: Certificates, Referrals, Other documents - the system shows an empty list - this does not mean that there are no items, but that they have been hidden.

4. Unblinded monitor can also view forms dedicated only to unblinded staff.

Forms with were filled by blinded personnel are not visible.
