You can assign a candidate as a potential candidate for a specific clinical trial (to the prescreening list)
1. Select: Convert to patient
2. At first you can verify filled basic data
You can also add an additional phone number and e-mail address
3. Select site to which you want to assign a candidate
4. After choosing the site, you can already (optionally) assign the candidate to prescreening list of specific trial
5. The last thing to fill is the patient source. Choose the Patient source from the drop-down menu. First, choose a specific category, and then choose the corresponding source name.
6. Click "Save" to confirm action
After clicking "Save", you will see a successful toast and a modal to decide whether to open a new profile or go back to the previous view
Patient's profile is created and all the candidate's data is transferred to the new patient card
7. The patient will also appear as a patient in the site's list
If you also choose to assign to the trial already, the candidate will appear on the prescreening list in the indicated site and trial, with the New status.

8. The next steps, consisting of qualifying the candidate for the examination and arranging a screening visit, take place at the level of the selected site.
If the candidate's status is updated, e.g., as a patient in the site, his status will also change in the prescreening module.
