How to create predefined cover pages, headers or footers - print templates..

The system allows you to create predefined cover pages, headers or footers.

In order to be able to manage templates, the user should have the permission: Printout templates-manage

1. Go to: Management

2. Select: Print template

3. Select the scope within which you define the template. You can indicate (in any configuration): Header, Cover page, End page, Footer

4. Select: Show preview to see a preview of the variables that can be used.

Enter the selected content and select the variables. The system will replace the variables with the correct values each time (e.g. when selecting the protocol number - the system will always insert the protocol number that applies to a given printout).

You can also insert selected graphics - e.g. the logo of your resort.

5. Select: Show preview to verify the final appearance of the template.

6. Select: Save

Now all printed documents from Hyggio will have that headers
