The system allows you to enter comments or queries regarding the content entered during the visit.
To insert a quer:
1. Open the visit of the selected patient (see how to ->Where can I find the patient's previous visits? ")
Hover the cursor over the selected visit and press "EMR"
2. After expanding the content of the visit, next to each of the fields there are three dots, click on them and you will have an option to add a quer.
3. Select "Add query" next to the content you have doubts about.
Select the quer recipient, enter the message and click Create.
