Where can I find the patient's previous visits?

If you have patient's current appointment open, a shortcut to previous appointments is on the right verticle menu or you can expand " Visit details" and click "See all visits".

In case you are on the main desktop level:

1. Open: Patients

    Click on the symbol on the left side of the screen.

    All patients in your facility are listed here. You can search for them by first name and last name or PESEL.

2. Select: Patient card (by moving the cursor over the selected patient).

3. By selecting the tab: Visits, you will see the list of patient visits with their statuses

4. By hovering the cursor over the selected visit (three dots on the right), you can:

• edit the visit - by selecting the pencil icon
• delete a visit - by selecting the trash can icon
• read the content of the visit - selecting EMR
