Where can I find the patient's previous visits?

If you have patient's current appointment open, a shortcut to previous appointments is on the left verticle menu or you can expand " Visit details" and click "See all visits".

In case you are on the main desktop level:

1. Open: Patients

    Click on the symbol on the left side of the screen.

    All patients in your facility are listed here. You can search for them by first name and last name or PESEL.

2. Select: Patient card (by moving the cursor over the selected patient).

3. By selecting the tab: Visits, you will see the list of patient visits with their statuses

4. By clicking on  three dots to the right of the selected visitthe selected visit, you can:

• View form
• go to the Patient cost
• Edit or Cancel booking
• check History
