How to add Budget?

The Hyggio system stores and uses the price lists you enter for billing.

1. Open: Clinical Trial

    Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen.

2. From the list of previously entered clinical trials (see how to -> How to add a clinical trial?) select the test you are interested in.

3. Click: Budget

Here is a list of budgets with the version and effective date.

Remember! Only the last version of the budget will be valid, the rest are archival.

4. To add a new budget version click "plus" icon

Complete  "Version name" and "Valid from" and click "Create"

In this tab you can:

• Introduce the price list for individual visits and price the procedures
• Add the administrative fees 
• Set patient cost limits
• Add Screen Failures pricing model

Click "Save".
