The Hyggio system is used, among others, to record visits and procedures performed as part of the study. As a clinical trial monitor, you have the option of remotely verifying data entered into Hyggio by site members, you are authorized to read the content of conducted and already closed visits.
1. Open: Clinical trials
Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen.
Then select your clinical trial from the list.
The clinical trial dashboard consists of several tabs, selecting the tab:
- Desk - you will return to the main research panel
- Patients - You will see an anonymized list of patients assigned to the study
- Team - you can view who has been selected as a team member
- Files - you will get access to files that have been uploaded by the team (these can be, for example, GCP certificates of team members or any other documents)
- Equipment - you will be able to verify the equipment and the validity of its certificates
- Query - you will see a list of created queries and their current status
